2. Orders & Payments

Payments must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change based on material costs, customization, and order size.
3. Artwork & Design
Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution artwork files.
Pixelink Print Lab is not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrect files.
Any design modifications requested after approval may incur additional charges.
4. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity.
Delivery dates are estimates; Pixelink Print Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds or reprints will be issued at Pixelink Print Lab’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
Pixelink Print Lab is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pixelink Print Lab’s liability is limited to the value of the order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
